Hello everyone. Just a few announcements:

First, we will be going with Shawne's Sugar Mamas as our group name.
Shawne's Splenda Mamas is probably more appropriate but it doesn't roll off the tongue quite as easily.

Second, I've lost a total of .8 pounds. See the decimal point before the 8? That's right...less than one pound! I guess it's .8 less bulk than I used to have... if I have to look at the glass half full. Although, I could use glass half full of wine right about now!

Third, thank you Lauren for the great tech support and tough love...booooo!
