Hi SSMs. Sorry it's been a little while. Want to send our deepest condolences to our brother in law, Dave, who lost his father to cancer on Friday. Lauren and Dave are in California now with Dave's family.

It has taken some time to lose 3.4 pounds! Haven't missed a day at the gym and the beautiful weather has enabled me to remain very active outside the gym too! Looking forward to my reward: a big bike ride with Francie. Here's a quote of my life:
