!&$FU!?@#$#*&#*%&@&f%*&%F*!#SH!!!

Sigh.......I have gained 1.4lbs. this week. Can't say that I didn't expect it. No excuses, but I woke with the female factor today, felt it since Sunday night. Feeling particularly puffy the last few days. I didn't have the typical weight gain last month, so I'm sure the lack of exercise all last week and Gabe birthday pizza contributed.

I went back to the gym Monday and Tuesday and plan on going again tonight. Ughhh! (and I don't mean the cozy boots)!

What? Your attempt to lose weight is filled with downs AND ups? What the....? Does that mean....? Ohhhhh, you must be normal. Yeah, that must be it. Not me. I only lose. Me, my weight is just a continual downward slide. I am going to have to start shopping in the children's section next week. Yup, slipping into the double digits on that old scale. Too bad for you about that whole normal thing.
Good luck next week!

Okay...didn't anyone tell you that you are NEVER, under any circumstances, supposed to go on the scale during your "female factor" days?! This doesn't count at all...give it a few days and do it again. Disregard this weigh in...like it never happened. :)

By the way, you are awesome! Keep up the good work!

Let's walk soon.

Edit to my previous post: Please excuse my lame attempt at sarcasm. My point was to make Smorrr know that I completely relate and experience first hand the frustration of trying to get healthy. Next time, I'll just say that. :>
